I will give you some unsolicited advice about your car battery:
Unless you leave something in your car ON, the battery would not normally discharge. If you DID leave a light on or something, it is always possible to have a jump start, and idle the car for a little while to recharge the battery.
If the battery may have gone bad: any normal auto parts store will test your battery for FREE, which they will charge the battery to do(so if your battery isn’t bad, you get a free charge). This means that you if you can learn how to remove the battery(which is usually fairly simple), you could take it to the parts store without the car. It will always be a good idea to drive your car to one of these places after you charge it and have them run a test, to be sure there is no larger problem with the battery or electrical system that would immediately strand you, again.
Best of Luck!
